Cancellation Policy
I ask for timely notice (NO less than 72 hours) if you need to cancel, reschedule or make service adjustments to your appointment. Please understand cancellations ALWAYS impact my business, regardless of amount of notice, so please respect I must set a boundary to assist me keeping my business running as smoothly as possible.
Exceptions to this are EMERGENCIES and last minute ILLNESS of you or a child you must attend to.
